Orders or quotes submitted via the dashboard are manually reviewed before final pricing and production.
Account Registration
You must create an account to use Thirtify's dashboard.
- Provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Order & Quote Process
- Design submissions are reviewed before pricing is assigned.
- You can approve or decline the quoted price before work begins.
- Orders are processed based on approved designs and instructions.
- Revisions are handled through structured edit requests inside the dashboard.
Payments
- Payments are made via secure payment links in the dashboard.
- Payment confirms your order or acceptance of a quote.
- Prices are determined after review; ranges are indicative only.
Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of submitted designs.
- Delivered files are for your use only; Thirtify retains no claim over your content.
- Thirtify retains rights to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio or marketing, unless agreed otherwise.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before production starts.
- Once work is completed, refunds are generally not available.
- Revisions are handled as per the dashboard process.
Limitation of Liability
Thirtify provides files in good faith; we are not liable for production issues arising from external factors (fabric behavior, machine errors, third-party vendors).
Our total liability is limited to the value of the order paid.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit illegal, offensive, or copyrighted materials without authorization
- Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or Thirtify systems
- Misuse the dashboard or services in any way
Changes to Terms
Thirtify may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the site or dashboard constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
