Pricing questions.

Can I get a price before submitting a file?

The ranges above are real guidelines. For an exact price we need to see your file. Upload it through the dashboard and your confirmed price appears within a few hours, with no commitment.

What if I don't like the price?

You can decline and no work will be done. No charge, no pressure.

Do you charge for revisions?

Revisions for our mistakes are always free. On pay-per-order, changes beyond the original brief are priced by scope, usually a small amount. On a monthly flat rate, revisions are covered.

How does the monthly plan work?

Your flat per-design rate depends on how many designs you send each month. Place instant orders with no quote step, and at the end of the month your total is waiting in the Unpaid tab of your dashboard.

When does the turnaround clock start?

On pay-per-order, from the moment you approve the price. On a monthly plan, from the moment you place the order. Standard turnaround is 2–12 hours. Rush (under 2 hours) is available for an extra $5 per design on monthly plans.

Can I do both embroidery and vector work?

Yes. Submit them as separate orders from the same dashboard. On a monthly plan they count together toward your monthly volume.
